CFO of Philosopher's Stone Ventures Joins Executive

June 12, 2002, Redondo Beach, CA - Jenny M. Sakhrani, CFO
of Philosopher's Stone Ventures, was invited to become a
member of the Executive Committee and the Membership Co-Chair
at Tech Coast Angels.
Tech Coast Angels' mission is to provide opportunities
where its members can obtain outstanding financial returns
by investing in early-stage technology companies in Southern
California and accelerating them to market leadership. Since
1997, they have invested over $37 million in more than 40
Southern California companies. The organization consists
of members who are founders, CEO's, venture capitalists
and business leaders who have built and funded world-class
companies. Membership to the organization is by invitation
only.
Ms. Sakhrani is now part of a leadership in an organization
comprised of business leaders from the Southern California
area, including Luis Villalobos, founder of TCA in 1997,
Larry Jordan, President/CEO of TouchStone Software Inc.,
and John Morris, partner, GKM Ventures. She will be co-chairing
the position with Elliott Gordon, Managing Director of Korn/Ferry
International.

Ms. Sakhrani is founder and the CFO of Philosopher's Stone
Ventures, LLC, and a Los Angeles area incubator. She has
experience in accounting, finance, valuations, business
strategy, operations and mergers and acquisitions. She is
very active in the entrepreneur and venture community of
southern California and is on the Board of Directors of
California Venture Forum (CVF), as well as being an integral
member of many other investments and entrepreneurial organizations
including the Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and OCEAN. Ms. Sakhrani
brings over 15 years of business experience to the Forum.
