Frank M. Singer
Mr. Singer is a prominent businessman,
successful author and managing partner of TRIG, an intellectual
venture capital partnership. He is active in the entrepreneurial
industry and currently sits on Boards of several companies
and venture organizations, including the Tech Coast Angels,
the largest Angel group investing in early-stage technology
companies in Southern California. Over the years, he has
held executive positions at various companies including
Sperry, General Dynamics and Honeywell and has acquired
several aviation related businesses. In addition, Mr. Singer
holds several patents.
Mr. Singer's successes continued when
in 1984 his Costa Mesa based Flexible Metal Hose manufacturing
company formed a lucrative, joint venture with a Chinese
heavy machinery manufacturer. He is very active in a number
of aviation related organizations, including the Aea National
Eagle Scout Association, the Flying Samaritans and the Angel
Flight.
Mr. Singer is a graduate of Purdue
University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering. He also attended the University of South Florida
where he earned his Masters in Business Administration in
1967. Mr. Singer is an expert on valuations and has recently
authored a book popular among the Start-up industries called
"How to Value a Business."
