1. Take the San Diego Freeway (405) south.
2. Exit on Hawthorne.
3. Turn right at the ramp onto Hawthorne heading southbound.
4. Turn right on Torrance Blvd.
5. Turn left on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).
6. Look for 1611 M. J. Building on your right hand
side just after passing Avenue H.
7. The building is right next to Bank of America and
the visitors parking is in front of building.

1. Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north or the Garden
Grove Freeway (22) west to the San Diego Freeway (405)
north.
2. Exit on Hawthorne.
3. Turn left at the ramp onto Hawthorne heading southbound.
4. Turn right on Torrance Blvd.
5. Turn left on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).
6. Look for 1611 M. J. Building on your right hand
side just after passing Avenue H.
7. The building is right next to Bank of America and

Pomona Freeway (60) west, to the Long Beach Freeway
(710) south.
2. Get on the Norwalk Freeway (105) west to the San
Diego Freeway (405) south.

in Redondo Beach.

side.
5. The building is right next to Bank of America and
the surfboards may be parked in front of building.
