S. Ramesh Appointed Chief Technology Officer of PremiumCHAT
February 15, 2001, Redondo Beach, CA - S. Ramesh, President
and Chief Software Architect, has been appointed Chief Technology
Officer of PremiumCHAT, one of Philosopher's Stone Ventures's
portfolio companies.
The appointment follows Philosopher's Stone Ventures' investment
of close to $1 million in PremiumCHAT, which is an application
service provider of billable instant messaging.
"We are extremely excited to have Ramesh join our
organization in such a hands on capacity," stated Robert
W. Fair, CEO and Chairman of PremiumCHAT. "Ramesh's
experience and expertise will give us the boost we need
to get this product to market."
Ramesh brings decades of software development, architecture
and design experience to PremiumCHAT. Having worked at Fortune
500 companies including IBM, Goldman, Sachs, Sprint, as
well as with start-ups such as MatchCraft.com, Ramesh is
uniquely poised to provide technical and business guidance
to PremiumCHAT.

PremiumCHAT is scheduled to launch its product in the third
