Jenny Sakhrani Appointed to Board of Directors of California
Venture Forum
July 30, 2001, Redondo Beach, CA - Jenny M. Sakhrani, CFO
of Philosopher's Stone Ventures, was recently appointed
to the Board of Directors of the California Venture Forum.
The California Venture Forum (CVF) is a nonprofit California
corporation. Since 1989, it has been one of the most successful
hosts for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, investors
and patrons of economic growth to meet and discuss business.
Ms. Sakhrani joins a Board of Directors comprised of business
leaders from the Southern California area, including Alan
M. Schechter Managing Director at BSKB Medical Ventures
LLC, Ana Barbosa, Project Manager of Economic & Business
Development at Southern California Edison, and Garrett K.
Smith, Partner at Deloitte & Touche.
